Dr. Khris Crowe, DVM MS LLC, offers state of the art on farm veterinary care for western performance horses. Digital radiography, digital ultrasound, Extra corporal shock wave, laser therapy, endoscopy, stem cell, IRAP and PRP regenerative treatment are some of the services that Dr. Crowe can provide stall side in Northern Texas and Southern Oklahoma. Reining horses, reined cow horses and cutting horses make up 85% of Dr. Crowes practice and she is in high demand for pre-purchase examinations and radiographic interpretation.
An award winning graduate of the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Crowe was head veterinarian and manager at Tom Chauncey Arabians, in Scottsdale, Arizona a World Class ranch that owned over 800 of the worlds most valuable Arabian horses. After nine years in Arizona she completed a surgery residency and obtained a Post-Doctoral Masters Degree at the University of Illinois and was awarded the American College of Veterinary Surgeons National Award for Equine Research. In the mid-nineties Dr. Crowe conducted AQHA-funded research at the Scripps Institute and the University of Georgia. While running her private equine practice
